Benjamin Gonzalez is the best. I have been PC& RICHARDSON customer for long time. I had a problem with my washing machine and i came to store and he helped as much as he can. Also he is so helpful when you purchase something. His customer service is exceptional where he was very patient and understanding. He tried to find solutions of my questions. I wish every PC Richards store has someone like him. I’m very satisfied being helped by him.

First I must say that I was greeted quickly and politely without feeling hounded. The atmosphere was great and everyone looked busy. I then met this gentleman named Ben and he helped me with all of the items that I purchased. He was knowledgeable in every aspect of the items. I will definitely go to that PC Richards again. Ben was the best and had a great demeanor. Extremely satisfied with my recent experience at PC Richards.

I visited this evening in search of a wireless router and modem in one.  A young woman named, Jamie, immediately saw that I required assistance as I stood in the central aisle.  What impressed me most, aside from her calm approach, was her level of patience, honesty, and kindness as I continued to present numerous questions for items I had in mind; the latter is such a rare combo not usually echoed by others in the NYC realm of customer service.  I truly felt confident in what I ultimately chose because of her product knowledge and professionalism.  As someone who has patronized the Union Square PC Richards location for several years, it is comforting to know that good people such as her exist and care.   Thank you, Jamie, for listening, and for understanding my needs.  I will return :)

I had bought recently a few Electric with my tax refund. Benjamin at P.C. Richard & Son on 120 E 14 st, really satisfied me and my family in what we wanted and needed. Great person/salesman, have a great personality and experience in helping and satisfying customers like myself. I would recommend it to my fellow neighbor and friends. Great prices and music lol its awesome! Thanks Ben, God bless you and your family my brother!

Once I entered P.C. Richard & Son I was automatically greeted and welcomed by a gentlemen named Michael. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. Also was very responsive to all of my needs and concerns and pointed me to the right appliances within my budget.I will be returning to see him for any future purchases. I will highly recommend friends and family to this location.
