Look at my original review of my stay under LTaylor. I only had one wish after staying there. It was to find out how to purchase  their  body lotion. I came home today, to a package sitting on my doorstep. Inside, along with wishes for a happy holiday, I found some of the AC hotels body lotion. They also provided me information on how to locate it so I could purchase it in the future. If that isn't 5 Star customer service, I don't know what is! Thank you so much Brandon and all of the wonderful people at the AC Hotel by Marriott, New Orleans Bourbon. Happy Holidays!

Overall not a bad hotel but I was not a fan of the restrooms. The door doesn't actually close & there's about an inch of space between the door & the frame. This makes for very limited privacy. Also the shower didn't have a proper seal around the door or at certain areas of the tile consequently the bathroom floods.  We wondered why the floor was slightly warped at the entrance but I'm sure it's because of the flooding issue.  I don't know if this was just in our room or all the rooms. We didn't spend that much time in the room but it was kind of small and the layout was a little strange.  Good location easy to walk to popular locations. We didn't have anything to drink or eat there. Not even sure if that is even  available very little information was given to us at check-in. Again due to the layout we basically walked into the lobby were at the elevator & went straight to our room.

Good and clean place. Location is great, close to many things in French quarter. Staff are great, the bathroom has glass doors, it is nice but, the door doesn't seal, so the water leaks if you aren't careful. That can be annoying.

Rooms are a bit small but feature great modern amenities. The staff are also pleasure and kind. Also, very close Bourbon Street and other great tourist areas. Definitely worth a stay if you're in town.

Loved loved loved! Would go back in heartbeat.  Great location -- amazing breakfast and everyone was super friendly and helpful.
