Check in was easy and fast. Kevin was very personable and informative. Nice new hotel. Spacious parking and away from the hustle and bustle, but close to interstate and airport. As an IHG member the rates were very reasonable. We would stay again.

Great clean hotel and staff. Restaurant and bar is also very very nice. The facilities is A1 still has the new smell in it. Definitely without a doubt will book again! Best Hotel without the upscale 5 star price! Did I mention the breakfast was awesome!

My wife and I are currently staying at this location. From a lot of the reviews I have read, I must be imagining everything going on around me. The motel is new.. opened in July 2017. Beds are comfortable. Staff at the front counter are friendly and helpful. Location is close to the airport. Food service is well below where it needs to be. A couple of examples: -Yesterday AM there were menus on all the tables but, there was a sign advising only the buffet was available. -Last night I ordered a steak well done but it was served medium rare and after sending back, it was a little more charred on the outside but still medium rare inside. -Also, for the draft beer, there were 6 handles but 4 of those were out of product all three days we were here. Finally, the rooms face either the I-10 freeway or the airport and Veteran's Blvd. There are no "road noise free" options if you were hoping for that.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn for two days during Thanksgiving weekend, the hotel is very clean and reasonable priced, I am happy with that. However, the shower water temperature is too cold to take a shower for me before we went to bed, we waited from 8pm to 10:30pm and still no hot water from the shower and went down to talked to the front desk, I discussed this situation with the gentlemen at the front desk and he told me they can refund partial of my hotel stay expense due to this situation, and I am OK with that to solve this problem, and he told me his manage will call me next Monday or Tuesday to discuss the refund. However, I waited two days without receiving any calls, then I called back, the same gentlemen picked up the phone and told me his manager will call me, then another two days without a call, I called them again on Friday, the front desk lady told me the manager will contact me about that. Now another three days has passed, still no calls... I believe this is just the way they promise to solve the problem, but they never intend to take care of it, they know you will not keep calling them for this issue. Total dishonest hotel staff, I am totally pissed off!!!

Large rooms, comfy beds, microwave & fridge in room. Very nice, clean, new and up to date. Friendly staff, good restaurant with tv's in every booth and conveniently right across the street from airport.
