Convenient location as we wanted to get back on the highway quickly to get to the Port of New Orleans for a cruise. Awesome continental breakfast included. Quiet room with decent bed. Cons: The doors are outside and because of the humidity, the floor was wet in the room. Also the parking isn't very convenient and the hotel is divided into two buildings, so you have to go outside to get to the lobby. Otherwise, nice little hotel for the price.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, and the pool deep and clean. We had to replace a key card and there was no problem whatsoever with this. The kids loved the pool, and housekeeping was spot on. Very good breakfast available (waffles, french toast, eggs, sausage, juices, coffee and some breads - I've been to places with more selection, but the quality of these was very good!).

A big shout out to Country Inn and Suites. Friendly, helpful staff. Great room with updated furnishing. The most comfortable bed ever in a hotel. Great breakfast each morning. Would choose this hotel again.😘😘

First time staying at any Country Inn. Everything was wonderful, from check-in to check-out. Friendly staff, delicious full breakfast. Free cookies, beautiful lobby. Rooms were spacious, especially the bathrooms! Cold AC, all lightbulbs in working order. Attention to detail was apparent; I could not find anything wrong with this hotel. Did not get a chance to visit the pool, but they have a courtyard which has plenty of seating and an outdoor fireplace. They also have an airport shuttle for those flying in. Housekeeping was always spot-on, no complaints there as well. Finding nicer hotels with parking in New Orleans can be a challenge, but this location has parking and is only 15 minutes away from the French Quarter. Will be seeking this chain in my future travels!

I'm never one to write reviews but just wanted to take the time to say how friendly the housekeeping supervisor, Dee, was to us. She is a wonderful asset to your staff. The hotel is lovely, and our room was very clean. There could be a nicer smoking area, though . . . so much comfortable outside seating and only a bench for smokers. Also, the breakfast could be improved.
