If you are looking for a judgement free and supportive   group to workout with I highly recommend the women's kickboxing class. Top notch instructors.

They use some type of horrible 3rd party phone system. I have called multiple times and you always get transferred to a lady who lives down south and has no idea about anything! Lol what a joke. Been waiting for a call back for 2 months. Fargo BJJ is way way better and more professional.

I have been going to this gym for almost a year and it is the best decision I have ever made.  Seeing improvements in cardio, strength, mental toughness and skill is some of the most rewarding experiences I have had and the coaches here do an amazing job of reaching any goals you set for yourself.  The coaches are highly skilled and the other people that train there have no egos and are willing to help anybody who wants to learn.  I would recommend this place to any one.  DM

Greatest gym in the nation!! Top level coaching. Head coach Dylan Spicer and his team of coaches have produced top level fighters that have competed world wide and on the biggest stages. UFC, Legacy, RFA, and the list goes on.  Very impressive to be able to produce multiple UFC fighters out of a town that has a much lower population compared to other major gyms in bigger cities. Goes to show the talent in coaching and the commitment to the team feel at the ACA.   Not a fighter? No problem. Over 80% of the students are just men and women that are there to get a great workout or learn a little self defense with no intention of ever fighting.   I personally drive over 70 miles just to train at the ACA.
