Story

We are bringing it back to when CrossFit was done in garages and the community was strong. Icehouse was built on the vision of bringing together like minded people to get in the best shape of their lives. Come join us for the most fun you’ve ever had working out.

I dropped in to a CrossFit Icehouse class as I was traveling through Fargo for work. The group was awesome and the Coach, Steph, was very engaged and knowledgeable and managed the class splendidly. Thanks for an awesome workout and accepting me into your community!

The community at this gym is excellent and the coaches are all first rate. You'll get a hard workout here, but you're never pushed past your limits and it's fine to try and fail. The coaches always keep your safety in mind. Give it a try. You'll probably like it.

CrossFit Icehouse is the island of misfit toys. The coaches and clientele  Icehouse pushes back on the notion that CrossFit is only for elite athletes. The community of this gym makes incredible efforts to ensure that each and every person that walks through the door feels welcomed and challenged to improve themselves. Come in and improve yourself.

CrossFit Icehouse is a great place that has an amazing community. Sara and Courtney put so much time, passion, and hard work into making this place second to none. They bring fitness to all people, all abilities through their first class programming and instruction. They take the time to get to know their members and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and a part of the community. My life has been enriched in so many ways by joining this CrossFit family. Whether you're a drop in or potential member, come check this place out! You won't be disappointed.

Icehouse is great, highly recommend for any level of skill.  They will scale the workouts to be exactly your level and it is a very positive environment. I am not one that usually has the motivation to do fitness on my own, but with Icehouse you go in for an hour and are usually sore the next day just doing what they tell you.  The only planning you have to do is to show up. The coaches are very knowledgeable.  If you have any hesitation or are intimidated or lazy about fitness, don't worry they will support you here. They seem to know the science of exercise. I would recommend to give it a try.
