I have been going to Fit Elements since the day it opened.  Things I love are it's gorgeous so it feels good to work out there.  The staff, trainers, etc. are welcoming.   Gravity is one of my favorites!!  I can get in - get a great workout and out on my way quickly.  I am excited about their new spa coming soon!!!

Wide variety of classes, small enough to get to know people. This gym is so fancy it feels like a spa, but the price is still reasonable. Love the variety of classes, infrared sauna, clean facilities, and other services.

The staff and trainers are extremely helpful helping with mobility issues.  They really healed me get in shape prior to knee replacement surgery.

I utilize Elements for the unique yoga classes that they provide! Both Andrea and Brianna are knowledgeable in different types of yoga and make sure that you are doing the practice to best benefit you and your body! I was introduced to Silk Yoga and completely fell in love, it was like nothing I have ever tried! It was exhilarating, fun, and relaxing! Thank you to the staff at Elements for allowing me to have a great experience!
