The pace was great, I like to get the most out of a workout and I felt like I could do that if I attended regularly and got accustomed to the rotations. Emma is a very good, upbeat instructor and was very welcoming. Connor was informative and patient with me. I liked the experience a lot. Thank you.

The staff is friendly and energetic, the coaches truly motivate the class. On top of that, this studio truly cares about you on a personal level and wants to make sure you reach your fitness goals. The family vibe is real here, and the workout is always satisfying.

What sets OTF apart is the unique blend of comradery and competition. No one is ever judging or trying to "beat" you that isn't in fun and shared goals. All fitness types, young and seasoned, can come into any class and feel powerful and see right before their eyes that we are all there with the same heart. It pushes you to work hard and improve but never feels like you can't keep up. Yes, you can do workouts like this anywhere but the accomplishment that comes from doing it in a passionate, supportive environment like Orange Theory cannot be duplicated. Plus, I never have to battle for equipment like I do at my freestyle gym!

RUN... away I honestly have a hard time knowing where to begin and I dont want to rant, but as a former employee, I think I have a pretty well informed opinion. The price you pay for "Group Personal Training" is pretty extreme considering you will not be led by Certified Personal Trainers. It's a corporate prerequisite to be a coach, but is being ignored by the studio. Policies and practices are outrageous both as a member and employee. I have never had such a frustrating experience with an employer. I could go on, but I'll sum it up to this... Fargo, Grand Forks, Bismarck, Sioux Falls, basically ND/SD... BEWARE!
