This store has almost everything a sporting store could carry! Everything from firearms to golfing supplies. I suggest anyone that wants to get a good deal and helpful staff come to Academy Sports. I will definitely go there if I ever need any sporting supplies. Also it is fun to just go look around.

Slow check lanes.  5 people in front of me.   Customer service signaled me to come there as I only had 2 items.   A lady with a loaded cart slid in front of me.   Halfway through her checkout she disagreed with the price.   Cashier told her to go to the back of the store and take a picture of the sign.   She continues to ring up items.   We wait.   Customer returns with picture.   The item had rung up incorrectly.   Cashier changes the price and totals out the sale.   Customer reaches into her purse and hands cashier something.   Cashier says she has to start completely over and cancels the sale.   I walk to another cashier who was finishing up with a customer and am out the door before the prior cashier is finished.   She should have suspended the sale and rung me up.   Instead we both waited and she ignored me as I waited.   Not a word.

Very nice sporting good store. Great variety of gear for every sport. At this store the staff was courteous and very helpful. I have found this to be the case at every one I have been too. Will definitely be going back.

Been stuck in this store for months now... can't get to anyone to help me or anyone at the checkout registers. I think I'll die here soon if I can't get help. I see some moody teenagers who appear to work here but they can't seem to see me. I've nearly given up hope. The other customers in the store seem as desperate as me. Every once and again one of them manages to get checked out and leave. I hope I am next. Or I may have to leave without my purchases.......
