After extensively searching for a particlar pair of boots on the internet, for several days, different websites etc., and trips to two different shoe stores;  I called Famous Footwear in Liberty today, with an inquiry. They asked me to hold, and I did. After what seemed like an eternity, I hung up, and decided to drive out there. I found the boot, hallelujah, it was "ON SALE" heck yes!! Upon reviewing my receipt, it WASN'T ON SALE AT ALL! Of course,  they charged me full price, and as I returned to the register, and pointed out the umm, 'error' (fraud) the assistance manager, who reimbursed me was unapologetic, short, and dismissive. I won't be shopping there again. When I called a few minutes later, to talk to the 'manager' the same gal had a hand full of excuses. Not acceptable, do your job!!!

I went in to Famous Footwear today for my sons back to school tennis shoes. I simply asked the cashier if they took competitor coupons. She had no idea what I was talking about as she said "what is that?"  I tried to explain to her they are coupons from their competitor stores, as I had a $5 off coupon from Shoe Carnival. She got snippy and said I don't think so.  She could care less to get me a definitive answer from a manager. She seemed to think "I don't think so" was an acceptable answer.  There was also a dead cockroach near the cash registers. Needless to say I will take my business to Shoe Carnival in the future.

Good supply of shoes and sizes, the line was fairly long. Wouldn't suggest going Saturday morning but service was good! Very pleased.
