Due to the fact that my price range dictated that I would be purchasing an older truck with some miles on it, my lending institution required me to bring any potential vehicle to their mechanic to have a condition report done on it. Ace graciously allowed me to take the vehicle from their lot to Slidell to a mechanic that my credit union uses to do the condition report (since they pay for it, I had to use their mechanic). Anyway, this worked to my advantage since I knew I was getting my truck checked out by a knowledgeable person. Ace also had some work done to the truck (replaced the a/c compressor) prior to me purchasing it, and still gave me an awesome deal.

The whole process was painless and the people  I dealt with (Heather and Antonio) were very personable,  courteous, and professional..I love my truck. Turns out that it is mechanically sound and was well cared for and is in awesome condition even though it has a few miles on it. 

When buying used vehicles, there is always a chance there will be hidden issues. This is why they should be inspected THOROUGHLY and driven and checked out and inspected and looked up, down, and all over. Even then, you're taking a risk. Every vehicle on almost every used lot is marked  "As is/No warranty".  Fortunately, I got a good one, but I'm confident that this place would not knowingly sell anyone a vehicle with a major defect and that they would do what they could to help if any major issues arose. But again, it would really be their discretion since the terms are clearly stated when buying. I would buy from them again.

Ace is the place!!!!! I drove with my father today,all the way from Alabama to lacomb to ace to pick up a vehicle and the experience  was excellent!! Staff was great,Heather was amazing,great prices,fast friendly service.hands down best car lot in town will most definitely  be back!! If you need a nice car for a good deal this is your place...its Ace it was well worth the drive

Had a customer service issue and spoke with the owner directly. He was more than willing to help and I'm beyond grateful. Have a completely new view of this business and honest friendly owner.

I purchased a Harley-Davidson motorcycle from Ace Auto Source LLC on 10/1/16. in Lacombe, LA. as an out of state buyer. The transaction was  made through Bobby Hines. I want to say first and foremost, he ALWAYS answered his phone or called me back when I had questions and took care of all the details with the documentation and shipping of the motorcycle safely to Phoenix, AZ. The motorcycle arrived exactly as described by Bobby. I highly recommend Ace Auto Source LLC. and Thank you again Bobby and Antonio for all your help! The bike is AWESOME!
