Being a single mom, needing a new car and making such a big purchase alone I was stressed out. But the entire staff at Bill Hood was welcoming and made the whole process easy and stress free. They were so helpful with the kids and were honestly in my corner when it came to purchasing a car. Not once did I feel like they were just out to sell me something just because that is their job. Ross Duhon is by far amazing, patient and so helpful. He answered millions of questions asked by me, my sister and the kids. Along with talking on the phone with my step dad. They knew my needs and went over everything, making sure not to add things such as warranties that in the end didn't make sense for my situation. Ross was very concerned and did everything he could to make sure I ended up with a vehicle I loved and could afford. By far one a greatest experience buying a car!  Thank you again Ross and everyone for making us feel so welcomed and helping me find a car I absolutely love and needed!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! The salesman Greg Campbell was the best. We had been searching around for weeks now looking for the perfect vehicle for our daughter. He was by far the best salesperson we dealt with. The entire process was welcoming and smooth. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a vehicle to come here. Thanks Greg for the experience!

We had a great experience!  Our salesman Rex Lawrence was extremely helpful and found the vehicle that matched all my needs.  He and Eric worked to get the financing that we were looking for and were extremely understanding of my special needs children that were there with us.  They definitely have superior customer service and I would recommend them to everyone!

I needed a V 8 truck to pull my boat. Went to Bill Hood to take a look. The most professional and knowledgeable salesman, Stephen Brown approached me and began searching for my needs. After fully understanding my needs and why I was looking for a truck, he showed me several options. After the deal fell through on the first truck, he did not give up on finding me a truck to fill my specific needs. Bottom line, Stephen Brown and Bill Hood displayed professionalism, caring and never gave up on me, the customer. I recommend Stephen Brown when you go to Bill Hood to take care of your needs.

I am in the market for a new truck and decided to go and check out Hood Chevrolet. I was immediately greeted by Patrick as soon as I stepped onto the lot. He asked me what I was looking for a in a truck I was thinking about purchasing. I gave him my criteria and he proceeded to show me various trucks on the lot that fit that criteria. Very knowledgeable of the vehicles I was looking at and answered all my questions and made the car shopping experience a great one. Once I decide, I will be returning to Hood Chevrolet to speak to Patrick to purchase my new truck
