Seriously, a great car buying experience! Staff very genuine, friendly environment. Brandon and Wyatt assisted with my car purchase. They gave me a great deal, and explained the process thoroughly--they were super helpful! Would definitely recommend !!!

chad our salesman treated us with great respect and was right to the point on all of our concerns.  also management was very helpful to us and even got our handicapped son in on the buying process making it a excellent buying experience.  Looking forward to more good service in the future.  all five stars

The service department is wonderful! I am thankful for them not requiring me to schedule an appointment to have my Prius serviced. Adam is service representative was so professional and friendly. I know I will always receive the best service when I go to Northshore Toyota! Even the sales people work to assist you when you are there for vehicle service. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to this dealership and service department. I drive from Pearl River LA to have this dealership handle my needs! Let me start by saying I am very set in my ways. When I have something made up in my mind it's pretty tough to deal especially when I'm shopping. From the moment of first inquiry the team answered all of my questions. They took the time to get to know my preferences first as not to be overbearing. When I finally came in they had so much to offer. Now when it came down to the deal they did not give me the deal I wanted.....probably because I  was asking too much lol. However the deal we made was very fair! Thank you so much Alan and Roger!!!!

Every time my wife and I have went to Northshore Toyota Kris Barton always goes above and beyond.  He is no longer in sales and has moved on as the finance Mgr.  However a young man by the name of Wyatt helped us with my perchase and did a fine job.  I purchased a 07 Camry for a very reasonable price.  I would highly recommend this dealership if your in the market for a Toyota.
