They did their best to take care of me. They couldn't find the problem for the two days they had it and took the time to perform two manufacturer recalls. Unfortunately, the problem returned as I was leaving town and I immediately brought my car to them. When Jason Lane saw me and I told him the problem returned, he immediately hooked my car up to their diagnostic computer so we could finally get the codes on what is going on. The messages indicated it is related to my inverter, most likely a short. He said it shouldn't stop me from getting home and showed me how to do a master reset which clears the system of the many weird errors I was getting on my displays. This was especially good since I needed to leave that day and had almost 700 miles to drive (and I did end up needing to do the master reset twice on the way home). Even though I wished they could have found and fixed the problem while I was there, Banner Ford and Jason Lane made me feel like a valued customer. My only suggestion would be to Ford Motor Company to have the diagnostic codes not clear when the car is restarted. This would make it much easier for the service departments and customers alike. By the way, thanks Jason for taking the time to help me when I returned to Banner Ford so I could get home safely.

My husband and I just purchased a newer used truck from Banner Ford. Mr. Bill Chaucer was excellent to work with and very friendly. Prices are reasonable, staff is knowledgeable, and the people are sincere. If you are looking for a great buying experience go to Banner Ford and ask for Mr. Bill, you will be glad you did!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Banner Ford. William Fleet went above and beyond for us we couldn't be more grateful! If you want someone that will go the extra mile for you, GO SEE WILLIAM FLEET! From the second we walked into the door the entire staff was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Banner Ford will always have our business.

Went through the entire process of trading in a vehicle. They worked with us and made us feel welcome and not very pressured nor harassed. Process went fairly quick compared to other times before where it took way too long. My wife and I are very happy with the experience.

This is the 3rd vehicle we bought from Mr. William Fleet at Banner Ford. We could not have asked for a better price or any better treatment. I would not deal with anyone else anywhere. Banner Ford is second to none. From the sale and Service. I have built a life long relationship with William Fleet and the entire Banner Family
