This place is the second best place that I've ever been to for hardware items that actually had literally had everything that I needed and a couple that I didn't need. I'm always greeted with a smile and someone to ask what I'm looking for. The funny thing is that most all of the time, they actually know what I'm talking about and then they just rattle off from he top of their heads where the item is located. I haven't had a time that they were wrong. The other nice thing is, when I go just to look around, they let me, but they are always near for me to ask a question or help with something totally unrelated. Great job, folks!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location. Reminds me in some ways of the small town hardware store on Main Street in Laurel, MD where I grew up. You may pay a little more for some items here compared to big box stores, but it is so much easier to get help and answers here! Give this location a chance.

Fantastic store with really great employees. All of them were helpful, professional, quick to check in while not being "sales-ey" and provided relevant advice for a painting project. I'm pregnant and they offered to carry my things out to my car with me in the rain without hesitation.  Been going to Home Depot and never going back unless absolutely necessary.

A very kind and respectful friend of mine and his brother were shopping in your store the yesterday, and one of your employees asked them to leave because they had been there a while and "might be making other people nervous". The comfort of your racist customers AND EMPLOYEES should not be more important than the business of any casual shoppers. This is 2017. Your store needs to incorporate some diversity training.  Disgusted.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Eager to help. Makes up for the lack of selection. It's perfect for customers that are in a hurry. Five stars all day
