Time served with this company was 19 years. Turn over is ridiculously high. Supervisors aren't held accountable for what happens in the workplace. There are safety hazards in the warehouse. There are conflicts of interest with Managers and associates living together and finding loop holes to get away with attendance issues. Rules are applied to certain employees. Favoritism is also an issue. Work place violence has been an issue . Employees are over worked and under paid. The positive benefit from this company was the medical insurance and getting paid weekly.

Been here three years, The turn over rate is ridiculous. Poor training.. A lot of safety issues damaged racks with potential collapse because they dont get fix. Long hours of work loads they prefer to cross train than hire, which takes a toll on your body, leads are like supervisors rarely doing anything to help out others. No accountability from the supervisors. And constantly having issues with incorrect hours by human resources. Hard workers are ask to do more, while others are not even held accountable. Prep yourself to pick up someone else's slack... But they do pay biweekly...
