Always has what you need when the big box stores don't, prices are a little more hefty but if you need it right then they probably got it

Poor service. I had a water heater go bad on a house i bought, i contacted the company that makes the water heater and they gave me a return pre authorization, told me to give it to them. I called and talked to the mananger and he was fine, his name was Marty. So my wife take the water heater back, and someone else helps my wife (who is 7 months pregnant, i couldnt take it back because I have a job 7a to 7p and unfortunately you need hot water to shower and i couldnt be there).A different guy helped my wife... He was short with my wife and told my wife that if something happens to this one we are out of luck and would have to buy another. He didnt want to give a receipt to my wife. Its not our fault the water heater went bad the company actually replaced it for us, and then he wants to get short and rude with my wife? If this employee is how the company acts and stands behind there products then I WILL be taking my business else where.

Prices are very competitive with Lowe's. I believe: Shop local. Think local. The employees have a gossip problem however and management did little to do anything about it so I never went back.

Called this store at 4:50 PM on 1/21 to ask about availability of snow shovels. Over the phone, sales associate told me that truck would be delivering them at 7:00 PM. I asked what time they closed, she said 7:30.  She never mentioned anything about a "waiting list". I drove 35 minutes, arrived at the store at 6:40 PM, and was not allowed to purchase a shovel. Young lady at the register told me there was a line around the store at 3:00 PM and they had to start a waiting list to get people to leave. Why wasn't I told about this list when I called?

More helpful than Lowe's. Can solve problems. Excellent source of glass replacement.
