By far the worse car rental firm on the planet!  Hours are 8am to 6 pm with no key drop.  Better hope your flight coincides.  Shuttle....ha forget about it, called for a shuttle and waited 30 minutes. Ended up calling a cab, $25 later.  V

I read the reviews before I got here and expected the worst. But I think that everyone who left bad reviews just didn't know about the separate shuttle so they were angry before they got there. I had no problems and the employees were very nice. Nice van, low prices, would use again

NEVER RENT HERE!!!! This is my worst experience ever in a rental car experience, poor customer service and making you feel like they are doing you a favor.

I've utilized the services of ACE Rent A Car on multiple occasions and the service each time was great. The staff explains all details each step of the way so I am familiar with all fees included in the purchase of the rental car and they are all very friendly. From the front desk associates to the staff who ensure the vehicles are clean for us and I appreciate their help! Shantay especially was very helpful to me during the check out process which is great because good customer service seems to be a thing of the past but not at this rental location.

Renting from this company has by far been the worst experience EVER!  Do not rent from them.  They are out to steal your money.  The vehicles they rent out are a joke.  There staff is not familiar with what customer service is, their managers are rude and almost ruined our family vacation.  You have been warned!
