This has been my third time dealing with them. This last time I rented a trencher. Great working machine. Friendly people. Had machine delivered to my house & picked up. Machine worked great. I would recommend.

Disregard the one-star complainer. They have very good equipment. Very well maintained. We have continuously rented and will continue to rent equipment from them. They have every type and variety of equipment that you can need. A Gentleman there shows you how to use it before it leaves the yard. They will work with you on your equipment and your needs for an equipment. The lady there is amazing. And really knows her stuff. We love this place. We own properties and we always need different types of equipment for the job at hand. And New Caney tool rentals is a place to take care of business and get it done. Thank you very much.

These guys are the best and they don't have a yard full of junk!  Their machines pretty much start on the first pull and run like they should.  Super bunch of folks and I wouldn't rent from anyone else.  Have always been pleased with my experience here.

Tow Behind Lift hydraulics were broken when we rented. Wouldn't work so they asked us to tow back in. They then stated that the circuit board needed to be replaced & would take a week. We then rented a 26' scissor lift due to all the delays we encountered & they charged us for another day when we had to buy wood etc to level the boom to work. We showed up 9 minutes after 5:30 & they charged us another day. Next time I'll pay a few bucks more to have new equipment & finish job timely from other companies.
