Rented a truck from this location back in May 2017 and an older woman i believe her name was Mary she was super kind did all that she could to help us get our rental quick and easy for her I would give her 5+ stars. Tried to rent another truck from the same location yesterday july 22 and 23 there were two younger women (Regan and I'm not sure the other young lady's name) there with attitudes and gave us a hard time to rent a truck. You could tell they did not want to do their job. They also ran a soft credit on my bank  a debit card which is not associated with the credit bureau so they denied me due to credit not enough which does not make sense because the previous rental was with the same debit bank card. Then the next day they told us we had to wait two hours from the reservation to get the truck even though there were more than plenty of trucks there we called a different Avis location and they could get us in a truck right then and there. Those two younger women are the reason I'm giving such a low review terrible customer service I hope this review gets up to corporate so they can properly train younger generations with manners and customer service.

If I could give no stars... I would! My family and I always rent from here in the past woth no problems but today was an extremely horrible experience! We were accused​of smoking inside the car when we were not! And even after we explained that we stepped outside the car to smoke... We still were charged as if we had to lie like children about where we were smoking. We had no reason to lie ... We both are very responsible adults that respect rules and guidelines but the way we were treated today was horrible. And Regan one of the agents had the nerve to use the term "You people" as she was speaking to me as if African American people are the issue. I give this place 10 thumbs down and someone needs to teach Reagan better techniques on customer service, and dealing with issues with customers even if they are outside her race. I will be contacting all local radio stations and if possible the local news. I am equal as anyone, and I expect to be treated as such!

This was the worst car experience I've ever dealt with. My credit was ran without my knowledge, and I was also charged an additional 30 dollars for extended my rental. The first associate who was helping me didn't explain any of this, and when I expressed this returning my rental I was called a liar to my face by another associate. Very unprofessional and no customer experience at all....On top of that car issues after issues........ I will be bringing my business somewhere else.
