Everyone in there was very friendly and helpful. I got in and out super fast and had a great experience. Whitney and Jorge went above and beyond to help as well as Brooke, Betty, Kyle, and Megan. I wrote everyone's names down to let Enterprise know what an awesome job they are all doing! Keep up the great work!

My son was from TN, had made a resvatation, 
Could not use out on state debit card,we used my credit.  When the car was returned to the air port in Austin . Their system didn’t sync with the Kingwood location. Causing a $100 more to be charged to the account.   There have been three days trying to clear this up and no one at 
Enterprise can find original charges.
Need to get this straight!   We have jobs and family to attend also.

I rent cars monthly from the kigwood locations and customer service is awesome. I'm in and out and my deposit is returned in a timely manner. I am thankful for enterprise as I don't have a major credit card or top credit but am able to rent a car. Thank you

The claims insurance representative from the person who rear ended my husband's car approved a rental for us. Apparently the claims agent canceled the rental before the car was ready to be fixed earlier that day in the late MORNING. My husband and I were sharing my vehicle and he was just about to walk out the door to go to work when he receives a TEXT not a phone call. Enterprise texted that the car rental needed to be turned in before 6 PM and the text was sent at 3 pm but my husband had his phone shut off for sound because he works 12s. He didn't look at the text until he woke up at 4:30 pm. Enterprise had my phone number and was instructed to call me because we informed them that my husband turns his ringer off while he is sleeping. They were well aware. Needless to say my husband was late to work because someone failed to properly inform us the insurance was not going to pay anymore for a car rental. When I called to complain the young guy who answered said someone forgot to inform us because they were busy in the office since this was just before the holiday weekend.

The Staff at the Kingwood were amazing to us after Hurricane Harvey flooded both our vehicles!! We dealt with Whitney the most and she was absolutely amazing but everyone in the staff was absolutely helpful and extremely kind!! We will definitely be returning to Enterprise for our car rental needs!!
