Very disappointed. Fireplace did not work. Jacuzzi did not work. They advertised an afternoon tea and a wine tasting - neither of these happen anymore they said... even thought it was on a note in our room and advertised on their website as being something special they offer. We were only left a half role of toilet paper. We tried calling someone ( after 4pm) over ten times and no one responded. I’m fact - no one was there at all. We had to go to the local grocery store to buy rolls of toilet paper. The place looked amazing from the outside but I would never ever stay there again and would tell anyone who inquired to not bothering staying at such a poorly run place.

WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO EXPERIENCE THE FULL FLAVOR OF AN HISTORIC TOWN. LOVELY OLD VICTORIAN BED & BREAKFAST WITH FRIENDLY STAFF, COZY ROOMS AND AMPLE BREAKFAST SERVED AS SIT-DOWN IN A BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED PARLOUR. WALK INTO THE HEART OF TOWN OR EXPLORE THE SIDE STREETS - EVERYTHING IS A QUICK WALK FROM THE INN. CAVEAT: PARKING IS DIFFICULT AND LIMITED.

Got here the night before the blizzard had a few minor issues with the room and the staff happily corrected them,, overall great experience and very deicious breakfasts
