Hotel is located perfectly as it is walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The restaurant was good breakfast. The Orange Julie tasted freshly squeezed; for the middle of January it was a fresh taste. The hotel needs to be updated. The front desk staff was ehh. Also, we left out laptop charger in the room and we called and they said they will give us a call and never received one. Called a week later just to be like, "oh nothing was found." I told them exactly where it was left and it wasn't found.

Location is great but unfortunately no way to use the Open table app properly. The hostess & waitresses had no idea what we were talking about and did not have a reservation despite our confirmation. Waitress was subpar ... Didn't seem to either care about her job or the restaurant itself, had to ask the manager for our check since she ghosted us. Food was delicious so would go back for the chefs but not the service. Probably will give the bar a chance next time as they were much busier than the dining room. Maybe those patrons knew something we didn't.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location for shopping and dining out. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Location is great, food at Salt Water was very good. The rooms are dated, bathroom was small, no closet, no safe in room. Overall the hotel is an economy hotel charging 5 star prices.

No fridge in our room Fridge in other friends room but did not work Hotel staff was great Would be 4 stars if hotel was in a little better shape
