Beautiful hotel. It is quiet and tranquil, with a beautiful array of colors! Breakfast is exquisite, being prepared by a five star chef in the making. I would suggest giving this hotel a try and then you will understand my 5 star review. Until then cheers 🥂

Found this place via Google on a last minute decision to stay in Newport on our way back from Maine. Don't let the purple house throw you off. This place was terrific. Friendly crew who made us feel welcome and lovely room. A bit small but we were out most of the time so didn't care. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Lovely homemade breakfast. Definitely going back. Even became a Lark Club member on Peter's suggestion. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful location, the staff is charming and helpful! Very unique decor with fun amenities like billiard and afternoon macaroons.

Beautiful space, excellent location, and the breakfast is amazing. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Very over priced. No water pressure. Decor was OK, not what I would expect from a boutique inn. Not easy to find or to get down town.
