This facility is a clinic, meaning they are not setup to keep pets overnight. I did not find them organized, leaving me on hold both times I called to check on my pet while staff searched for its chart. If you have need of a treatment for your pet while you wait, you should be pleased with the service. Otherwise, good luck with only one person, the vet in this case, to speak to convey particulars.

When one of my dogs pass away 2 years ago, the doctors at the clinic dedicated a tree in my dogs name. Quite the selfless act, you don't see compassion like that these days. I believe the previous review was not very fair. I understand being placed on hold when a company offers excellent service, it is understandable that they will be very busy catering to their customers every need. I have had three bichon frisee plus my Mother's dachshun who has been seen at the clinic and every time we have received above excellent. This is the only place I will take my pets for care.
