All the staff are really great, support staff and doctors. They remember you and really seem to care about your pet. They are also very knowledgeable. They will recommend another service if their treatment services aren't the best option for your situation. This shows me they care more about your pet's health than potential profit.

The staff is amazing! Friendly, caring and understanding. Dr. Gotz is so great. My dog loves her, even though he hates going to the vet. I never feel like I'm getting a sales pitch or being upsold. 
Dr.Gotz even called to check on my dog after a visit!

Got us in same day! So friendly, didn't try to oversell us, made me feel totally at ease. It can sometimes be difficult find a vet who is pitbull friendly.
