I ordered two headlight enclosures online which showed was in stock at this location. I arrived right after work and it seemed as if nobody there knew what was going on. I was passed around from employee to employee spending 5-10 minutes with each and someone finally said "oh we don't know what happened..." 

I asked if I could just take the one enclosure that they DID have, and pick up the 2nd one at another location. (This was after 45 minutes or so of waiting around). I finally got into my vehicle to realize that the enclosure was cracked in multiple locations. There were also broken parts inside the headlight enclosure that I could hear rattling around. I went back into the store and the employee tried to tell me it was still ok. After that he started naming off all these other locations to check. 

I was not about to drive all over northern va because of their mistake! Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location anymore.

We just called the store and had to explain what we were looking for: an epoxy.. we had to even give them the name, other text on the package, color packaging.. and he still could only tell us that they had a few different epoxies.  We will go to a more competent store that can answer our question on the phone without us running all over creation.
