I been going to this place for Almost 5 years. I deal with Walfred he is very Knowledgeable and Honest person. If Walfred is not there I try another time but he Alwayd take his time and help me out and Excellent in his Work. I always bring my family if they want to get iPhone 📱 before the go overseas.

Rude staff who does not know how to provide customer service.

Horrible servicio al cliente. Si pudiera darle a este lugar cero estrellas lo haría.

I purchased my new iPhone here and had troubles with multiple dropped calls in the first week, so I went back to see what they could do. An associate ran a test on the phone and told me they would replace it, but were out of stock until the following Monday. He asked that I come back then. I put up with the problem for a few more days and went back on Monday, as requested. The guy I spoke to earlier was not there and the new guy refused to help, even after I relayed what his colleague told me. He told me to go to an Apple Store. He was very rude and dismissive (and I'm not easily offended). I'll never go back here.

Excellent customer service; I refer them to all my friends; they always go above and beyond with tips on savings, advice on their products, etc.
