I have been a customer at this store since early 2007, a little over a decade. I sell and buy a lot of stuff, so it is important to have a mail box that is not at my resident, as well as a trustworthy staff. Ever since I have had a UPS box, all of the employees here know me since I come by at least once a week. Most of the time, even before stepping foot into the store, they have my mail and / or packages ready. They have great customer service and I have never met any staff who has treated me in a bad way. They always greet me before entering and leaving. The manager is also really nice and many times, I have seen her run to the back to get my packages before I am able to open the front door. 

Furthermore, many times, I have sent items through them using UPS ground because it is cheaper to send than through USPS when items are large. The location of this store is really convenient, because I can go to Papa John's next door for pizza right, or go to the Dollar Store for packaging needs.

Best UPS store in the DMV area. I’ve been a mailbox holder and have been actively shipping through them. They take care of incoming packages for my business and handle all the packages going out. They also help me with my printing and custom stamps. But the big plus is they fulfill my packaging needs for fragile or oversized packages too. Real genuine owners and I will continue to use them for all my small business needs. Highly recommended!

Originally got the box a couple years ago, due to a lot of travel.  Working with them to manage my mail simplified mail receipt immeasurably.   When I travel for long periods, they forward mail, when local, I just pick up.  The staff is very professional,  consistently courteous, and helpful.  They even provide  occasional assistance with getting packages to my car if there are too many or a package is really big.  Great alternative for mail receipt if you do a lot of travel for personal or professional reasons and don't want to bother the neighbors.

I have my notary service done at this store. The staff are friendly and work very quickly. I recommend to all my friends in the area to use this specific store and they say nothing but good things about it! I will definitely keep recommending and using this location.

Printed outdoor large banner. Best quality and great price. Manager is very professional helping me with the banner as well. Highly recommended.
