I never leave bad reviews, but this time I can not remain silent. I'm moving in my car across all states and have been in many advance auto stores and not in one have not seen such service as here. This is my worst experience with advance auto. Albert has created an appreciation of a non-professional employee, thanks to which the business loses customers. I was in the store half an hour before closing to exchange the item, he just did not want to... Having said that the warranty does not cover and just began to ignore me. I thought that he did not know his work at all, but as soon as I got out they started closing the store, even though they had to work for another 10 minutes, then I thought they just wanted to get rid of me faster to close. I went to another store, and there I was served very well, courteously and professionally, changed the part without problems. Draw your own conclusions, but I would not want to see a person like Albert working in my business ...

I bought an Optima battery from another location and it died, under warrantee. Went to this location and they didn't think it was still under warrantee, UNTIL the next shift came in and handled my issue properly. I understand, the previous shift prolly just wanted to go home, but so did I.

Employees were friendly, but didn’t pay attention to details - I asked if the wiper blades I grabbed would work on my car; they were the right length, so they said yes; unfortunately they were for the wrong hook. The employee was hesitant to come around the counter to help me, and I was very frustrated. Eventually, she took a look at my car and directed me to some of the most expensive blades there. It was raining, so I purchased them, but I was quite frustrated by the service.
