I bought my first house in November and got all my furniture from Ashley HomeStore had a good experience with our Sales Rep Nick he was awesome, but after furniture was delivered we found a few dings on furniture that they had used a marker to try to hide and the reason I know that is because I used to work for a furniture company and it is very common on wood furniture to use a marker to cover blemishes we were able to eventually get that taken care of but the real problem started when I received a call in January from Tiffany stating that I needed to come in and sign a contract for the third party finance company Genesis which I used to finance a small amount of my furniture, she stated if I do not come in and sign this contract that my credit would be ruined and that they would come take my furniture even though none of this was my fault. I felt angry but knew i better take care of this paperwork, so now I have been there 3 times and on the last time they told me it would be taken care of and that I would receive email stating such - still has not been resolved...so yesterday I called because i am on vacation so i have more time, I asked to speak to General Manager since they were without one on previous occasions, the lady that answered asked me what it was in reguards to so I told her and she put my on hold then Amber got on phone and started to tell me that i would need to contact Genesis but I told her that the problem was not with Genesis but the problem was with Ashley, so she told me that she would contact Tiffany and find out what we need to do and that she would call me back - NO apology or anything like that, and still again I have not heard back from anyone - not Amber, not General Manager, and Not District Manager which I did ask to talk to all of these people - so I don't think I would recommend this company Ashley HomeStores to any of my family, friends, or loved ones and I do not think that I would use them to furnish the rest of my current home or my future homes...

I purchased furniture from this location in January of 2018 and have had one problem after the other. Beginning with not being told part of my bed was on back order and only being delivered the mattress and foot board. I have left 3 messages for the manager, Naisha, in the past 6 days. I am still waiting on a returned call. Every time I call, she is in a "meeting" and I am told my call will be returned. I would not shop here again due to the horrible customer service and service after the sale.

The staff is friendly however I had an issue with my bed in which they sent a technician out in a timely manner but the technician is a thief!!! I called the store to speak with a manager and he or she couldn’t even come to the phone! He continued to relay messages through a sales associate. I specifically asked to speak with a manager and he or she refused to come to the phone. The technician stole something as simple as two pairs of designer eyeglasses. I will NEVER shop with Ashley HomeStore again!!!!

I was way beyond satisfied with my purchase at Ashley's! My sales consultant Nick V. was awesome! He helped us find everything we needed and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions and concerns and I came out VERY happy! I will definitely be going back to Nick for my future purchases at Ashley's. :)
