Fast and Easy. i had a terribly stressful day trying to return my books i rented and within seconds of walking into the store they helped me and i was out of there. Quality service. Really nice individuals too. they all deserve a raise in my opinion

Don't waste your time going to this UPS they don't offer basic convenient services like postal pickup like other stores.

Overcharged at the counter by an older woman with dirty blonde hair. She was rude and condescending. I brought in a prepaid return item to ship, and after disappearing with my item for several minutes, she re-emerged with my item already boxed/taped up. She then proceeded to overcharge for the box, stating that she had to put several together because she ran out of the proper size. She refused to refund me when I raised concern about the box price (that I was there to buy one box, not be charged for multiples) and her inability to confirm pricing/options with me prior. I ended up paying more for the box than the return item was worth and she hardly apologized. "Oh well I usually ask customers first and anyway it's not even that much ($). Excuse me?!? I feel ill just thinking about it and will not be returning to that establishment.

There is really no reason to go here. They nickel and dime you for every service, the lady is condescending and unhelpful. FedEx Office is so much more modern and helpful. If you must use UPS go to the PakMail in Lawrenceville or the UPS Store in Loganville.
