Their pricing structure is borderline slimmy used car salesman-ish.  

Give the first price, the best price from the start not a 'retail' price then 'discounted' by hundreds of dollars.  

A few of their sales team were not professional.  My recommendation -- You absolutely need to shop around before you commit to buying here.

It's true, you get what you pay for including great service. Nice staff with outstanding service. I am only giving 4 stars because the  delivery fees are high. However, the delivery personnel were respectful, attentive and courteous. My only complaint is they did not wear booties but that is minor.
