New sales team serviced my vacuum in under the 7 days promised. They also introduced me to all their cleaning products. I was especially impressed with the all in one stain and odor remover GONE. Certainly came away with a great customer service experience!

My wife was told they could fix her Dyson vacuum, so I brought our DC-18 in for service.  When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter asked me to fill out a form with all my contact information on it.  I explained the problem to the gentleman and he said he would have his technician call me and let me know when the parts could be ordered and I could pick up the vacuum.  He then asked me if I wanted to trade in my Dyson for a new Oreck to which I said no. Less than 10 minutes later I received a call explaining they could not fix the vacuum.  When I arrived the "technician" pointed to a piece on the vacuum that had broken off and explained it could not be fixed.  I am not certain what they can fix if they cannot order a plastic part to make what appears to be a simple repair.  No refund was given for the $63.59 charge to tell me with a short visual inspection they could do nothing.
