The service technician was great. When he came to my house he was up beat and on time. He was professional, explanatory and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has any trouble with their heating issues. He explain the typical life of my unit and gave me a quick estimate of what it could cost when I wanted to upgrade. But he wasn’t pushy or trying to over sell. 

5 stars. Highly recommend.

Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing came to assess my broken heat unit after I purchased a new home. They were great helping me work with the home warranty company. My new unit was installed by Davin & DJ. Both were professional and pleasant. They took the time to answered all my questions and were very helpful. I would recommend these two and plan on using them in the future for all my heat and air needs. Thank you

We came home on a Friday night to find out our water was not working. We were unsure of what to do and who to call. We called the City first and they told us to get a plumber to come take a look at our system as there was nothing on their end they could do. I called Advanced first thing on Saturday morning at 8am and got their operator since they are technically closed over the weekend. I was told I would get a call back shortly, and waited all day to hear back from them. I called again at lunch, apologized for being a bother but wanted to check to see if I would be getting a call soon- I was told in a very short tone that "they had my message and that they knew I had called already" and would be called back at some time to address my needs.  Never got a call back, not even a call saying they could not make it out until Monday. Thankfully I opted to call a second plumber just in case who came out immediately and helped us out. Still have not heard from Advanced and they did not even call to apologize for leaving us hanging all weekend. They are contracted with 2-10 home warranty but at this point I will honestly pay out of pocket to avoid them if this is the quality and level of service they give to their customers. Very disappointed in this company. I guess the moral of this company is if you need something after hours choose somewhere else to help you!

I take great pleasure in writing this tribute to Advanced Heat AC Plumbing.  They have visited my condominium about seven times in the last ten months –at my request.  Their service is prompt, the technicians are extremely knowledgeable, and the service charges are very reasonable.  They have always been honest with me.  
To find a good company like them is very difficult.  I have been extremely fortunate to have them take care of my AC and Heat.

I would have given them 5 stars if they had come on New year's day.  Everything else was great.   I'll definitely use them again.
