So thankful for the promptness and skill of The Plumbing Authority.  They actually showed up when they promised to show up!  They were prepared to do the job!  It took them a little over an hour and our leak wasn’t leaking anymore!  No sales pitches!  No multiple trips back and forth!  Fair prices!  Very professional!  Highly recommend!

Fast response; they phoned before showing up, on time. Excellent knowledge and ability to do the job. They replaced a toilet, and gave good advice on which one to buy. They had advice on other projects and knew their stuff!

They were very quick to get the job accomplished and they were very accommodating with my schedule.  All around great job and very knowledgeable.  They gave us advice and helped us to know the workings of our plumbing.  Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Impressive! He was the best rated plumber on google that I found and now I know why. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a broken main water line and he came out almost first thing the next morning to fix it (it was late when I called). He gave a courtesy call to let me know when he was coming. And if that’s not enough to wow you- he told my husband he stands behind his work! Not many people say that any more. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great and honest plumber!

Most excellent plumbing service. These guys are terrific from start to finish. They are extremely professional and experts at what they do, and communicate very well. We were contacted very quickly after placing a call for our plumbing needs, and were prompt in arrival. Kelton assessed our issues quickly and identified the problems without attempting to oversell plumbing repairs. We recently moved to Knoxville purchasing an older home, which we knew would soon need some old galvanized piping replacement. The Plumbing Authority gave a very reasonable whole house re-piping estimate. As we were concerned the old piping might freeze and burst a leak during the recent super freeze, they were willing and able to install the new PEX pipe lines and repair a clogged drain line and reconfigure some poorly arranged drain pipes two days later. The team of four experienced plumbers completed the task in 1 day. They are very efficient and neat in their work, and the cleanup was excellent. We will absolutely have them return to perform more plumbing work for us when the need arises.
