Advantage Auto Services didn't properly explain the pricing upfront. I was told it was $56 for a half hour of labor for the inspection. They took a long time to get to the car. (Maybe an hour and a half?) Finally, when they did, it took them around 10 minutes to inspect the vehicle. They tried to charge me the full $56. I found the staff became somewhat aggressive in mannerisms when I disputed the amount of the charge as I was told it was an hourly rate. I offered to pay without prejudice but they declined to accept. The staff tried to convince me that the rate was fair because it was fixed price. I have my doubts as to whether they would have thought it was a fixed price if it had taken them longer than 30 minutes.

I elected to use this Repair Team after reviewing online reviews which were very positive. I was rewarded with the same feeling about them; and even better than I could have expected. Jasper at the Counter is the face of the Company; the most polite and knowledgeable mechanic type I have ever met. And the Owner, who I met yesterday, is a reserve and solid businessman, who cares about his clients being satisfied with his service. I suspect the Voice from the backroom was the Mrs. I like that kind of team, stating ' we are thankful for your business' from behind the wall. My kind of people, the type I want to help me and my vehicles. You will not go anywhere else after they help you! Best of Wishes to the Company and those they Employ! Lamar

I don't usually post any reviews but I needed to! This place is the best! My family goes here. Helpful and professional! As I was waiting to get my car looked at, I texted my husband "idk this place might be a bit expensive" he said "haha how did you figure that?" I replied "mmhh looks way too professional" he laughed and told me that's what I need! of course I was being funny but the service here is amazing, the love the guys here. David helped me with my services and he tried his best to help with everything I needed, even advices to save money ect. Jasper was super nice as well and respectful.  Felt so comfortable! I am a woman, with no knowledge about cars whatsoever. don't like going to any autocare places because of unprofessionalism and them trying to rip me off. I don't know why I was only allowed to give 5 stars!!  (Rolls eyes ) lol But Umm yea I'm coming here from now on! This review is more so for women!! This is the place that you need to come to. With a Military husband, I have had to go to different places to get my services done. Good thing my mother told me about this place.  👌🏾

The actual service and pricing was fine, but don't bother trying to have a discussion with the mechanic if you're female. All you'll get is a condescending attitude.
