My car was having an issue with the gas pedal losing power. When I brought in my Vehicle to Precision Tune Auto Care on Cobb Pkwy, I was able to speak with Daryl whom I have been going to for years, he looked into it and discovered that my Catalytic Converter was damaged and needed to be replaced, while the car was in shop, Daryl discovered that my Fuel Pump was damaged and replaced it, and took extra time to clean out plugs and the filter to make sure everything worked smoothly.  Though I was anxious to have my car back sooner than later, Daryl did not release my vehicle to me until every issue was resolved. I would surely recommend this shop to my friends and family.  I am blessed and grateful for the time he took to take good care of my vehicle. I was not disappointed at all, but well pleased.  Thank you Daryl, Tony and Precision Tune Auto Care Mechanics.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!! I BROUGHT MY 2013 BMW 550 HERE THAT I JUST BOUGHT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. MIND YOU I HAVE BEEN DRIVING IT ABOUT A MONTH NOW WITH ABSOLUTELY ZERO PROBLEMS... I ALSO GOT A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION DONE BEFORE I PURCHASED IT AND IT CHECKED OUT PERFECTLY OK. THIS PLACE COMPLETES MY OIL CHANGE AND HANDS ME MY KEYS AND I CAN BARELY MAKE IT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT. ALL OF THE LIGHTS ARE ON THE DASH, CAR SHAKING UNCONTROLLABLY NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE CONDITION IT WAS IN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. I GO BACK IN TO ASK WHAT COULD OF WENT WRONG THEY TELL ME IT WAS LIKE THAT WHEN YOU BROUGHT IT HERE!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME, IT WONT EVEN GO IN DRIVE HOW COULD I HAVE POSSIBLY BROUGHT IT HERE LIKE THIS. THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE RUINED MY NEW CAR, BUT WERE VERY RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONAL SAYING I QUOTE ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM. ALSO TRYING TO SAY MAYBE I SHOULD PAY THEM SOME MORE MONEY FOR A TUNE UP. ITS 3PM ON A SATURDAY ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, I HAD TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED AND  I AM NOW WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR THE WEEKEND AND GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH REPAIRS ARE GOING TO COST AND THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT SIMPLY DO NOT CARE, WOULD NOT EVEN REFUND THE 70 I HAD JUST PAID FOR THE OIL CHANGE .  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...

UPDATE 5/29/18, AFTER HAVING THE VEHICLE TOWED TO A BMW SPECIALIST, HE DISCOVERED THAT THE OIL HAD NOT EVEN BEEN CHANGED, THE OIL FILTER WAS STILL DIRTY AND THE TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS EMPTY. MEANING THAT THEY DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID AND OVER FILLED THE OIL. I WENT TO SHOW THEM THE PICTURES AND PROOF OF TE MISTAKE THAT HAD BEEN MADE AND THERE ONLY RESPONSE TO ME WAS THAT IF THERE GUY SAID HE CHANGED THE OIL THAN HE CHANGED THE OIL, I SAID WELL I HAVE PICTURES AND PROOF THAT HE DID NOT, AND MY TRANSMISSION FLUID IS EMPTY. THEY ARE STILL HOLDING ONTO THE CLAIM THAT THE VEHICLE WAS LIKE THIS WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT IN. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE ENTIRE SITUATION. COMPLETELY COMBATIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL WHEN I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, AS I AM IN THE CAR BUSINESS AND CAN REACH A LOT OF PEOPLE. PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A PLACE. ALSO I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THIS HAS HAPPENED TO, IF YOU READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE MORE THAN ONE PERSON SAYING THIS SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO THEM. THIS CANNOT BE A COINCIDENCE.

My name is Sebastien. I’m from quebec, Canada and i was on a road trip with my class c camper. I had a problem with my fuel pump. I was 100% sure that it was my fuel pump. The towing brouh me there telling me it was a good place. I gave Tony the part number i want him to use to replace my fuel pump. I cam back the day after and my RV was fixed. It was only a fuel hose and i did not change the fuel pump. I call that very honest people. Thank you very much for the good service and being nice with us.

Great service. Fast. A little misleading on price...advertised one price, but it didn't include labor. I was slightly surprised when I saw the final invoice with labor.
