Dr. Van Kooten really seems to know what's going on. I was having a problem with thumping in my left ear and had been to a different ENT who couldn't figure out what the problem was. Dr. Van Kooten found it immediately. Was a muscle in my neck being spasmadic thus causing the nerve to to my ear to thump every time. He's very good about explaining what he's doing while working on you and also doesn't just say oh you need hearing aids. The staff is friendly and Audiologist is very good too. Highly recommended.
