All personnel are the best. Treat you like you are part of their family's. Dr's don't hurry you through. They take the time to listen to your symptoms and get you well. I appreciate everyone at Arvada Family Practice.

What a joke!!!! Suffering from severe abdominal pain and possible hernia over the labor day weekend. I called the office trying to get help or advise and I get told by the on-call physician to take some Tylenol and use ice. Also told to eat a decent meal to help with the heartburn. I call back Tuesday morning, 9:00a.m. when they open, wanting to get advise because the pain had substantially increased. No phone call back so I call again at 11:30 and get told that I need to understand that this a day after a holiday and they are busy and I need to understand that. I wait for the return call and get nothing. Call them again at 3:00 and get a very rude receptionist telling me some basic notes from the Dr. without the Dr. even knowing all that was going on at the moment. I would have to say the Dr's were nice when I got to meet them, but I will never go there again. My health seemed to be the last concern of the office. I don't leave reviews and this is a rare thing for me to do. If you are looking for a Dr office I would find someone else!

Great care from jane moore np and dr feedman. btw anyone with " severe abd pain" over a holiday weekend as mentioned in previous review should have the common sense to go to ER and not wait until tuesday morning.

Dr. Freedman is very compassionate and effective. You can get same-day appointments and she is very knowledgeable about health conditions and treats your condition quickly. The office location is very convenient and has just been remodeled. I recommend her services to anyone from 18 to 80.
