This office has a great staff of employees.  Attentive & Friendly.  It's worth the wait.  It can get busy at times especially in the morning.   I was recently upgraded from an economy vehicle all the way to a Camaro.  Wow, the entire weekend was a blast with this car.  Family and friends loved it.

Worst experience I've ever had with an Enterprise branch. The manager is incompetent. After reluctantly having to take an unwashed, tank on empty, Chrysler 300, I was jerked around for 3 weeks regarding my rental and the need to switch it out for something more comparable to my vehicle for business purposes. I was told on three different occasions that I'd be contacted and that never happened. 

Finally the manager calls, 3 weeks later to tell me they are charging me another $100 deposit because they couldn't get in contact with the Allstate agents handling my claim. He mentioned nothing about the fact that I've been trying to get in contact with him and to switch out my rental. This resulted in an overdraft with the account I had the rental under. 

I called their HR department to file a formal complaint and they didn't seem to care. I'll never go through this branch ever again. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.

Very patient over the phone. I needed an extra day and they worked with me while being extremely professional, patient and kind. I love Erin, she is amazing, along with the staff there.

While the agent was really sweet, they didn't have the car I reserved and I was the one who had to make suggestions as to how to get me out in a timely manner. And then the upgrade I was given was dirty (cleaned as best as possible by the agent - since she was expected to do it herself)

Always have some options..but u have to be on time...else be sure to miss out...being in the city...its always a rush here...good and helpful staff
