You can never get a hold of the rescheduling number. The message says they will return your call by the close of the business day, but they never do. I've made many phone calls to schedule ultrasounds and they never call me back. If they answer the phone they put you on hold for 30 mins and never pick the phone back up. They waste no time asking for your bill to be paid when you get to the office tho.

Worst of the worst yet, my father came in bleeding from his nose 2 hours in and they couldnt stop the blood. All they did was put in a tampon and told him to go to his doctor. That he just had a nose bleed. Obviously the problem was more than a nose bleed because the bleeding wouldnt stop and my dad was sweating bullets. They put no I v .. nor did they seem concerned with his blood loss.

I had to take my elderly mother to their outpatient pain clinic today.  Good thing I dropped her off at the entrance on Level 1 of their 6-level parking tower.  Every single spot in this structure was taken, and there's no notification whatsoever when you pull in -- it just spits out the ticket that you have to have validated and lets people keep pouring into a full garage.  Absolutely obnoxious.

There was one poor staffer in a golf cart, shuttling people to/from their cars, ordering idiots who were selfishly blocking the lanes to move, giving directions, etc.  Just one guy.

This place is a goddamn fiasco.  May whoever manages their parking and "security" rot in hell.
