These guys are great. We've taken two vehicles to them. They are always quick, friendly, and fairly inexpensive. They found a problem while doing a health check and did not charge us extra to fix it. They quoted us a price on a part, then when they got the part for a cheaper price, they charged us less as well. They are honest and do great work.

Had the best experience when I took my car into Affinity auto service. They were so kind to me and were informative instead of pushy like I usually get at most other service places. As a woman taking my car in to get anything done is usually a nightmare and I feel stupid. Not here. They were so awesome! The waiting area is clean and stocked with drinks, which is especially nice when you have to bring along your three year old. They also even came in and made sure the TV was turned on to something we wanted to watch while we waited. Our wait time was nothing! My three year old didn't even have time to whine while we were there! Definitely will be going back for any other car issues/maintenance.

I would highly recommend Affinity Auto Service Department. I was having problems starting my car, so I called around to find someone to replace the battery. I was impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the mechanics. They took time to make sure the problems I was having was attributed to a bad battery rather than replacing the battery only to find out something else was the cause of my car problems. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

I highly recommend Affinity Auto Service! My daughter drove for 6-7 miles after her overheat light came on. She had a Jiffy Lube add antifreeze after it cooled down and then drove home without overheating. I took her car in to be sure what the problem was and they diagnosed it was the water pump and due to the overheating there was additional damage to a distribution pipe and the thermostat housing because they were both made of plastic. I saw coolant squirting out of both. Affinity completed the repairs for less than 2/3 of what it would cost at the dealer and exactly when they said it would be done. It also comes with a 24 month or 24,000 mile guarantee. I have been to their shop several times and it has always been a great experience.

They got my Silverado transmission done cheaper and faster than the quote.  Can't ask for much more than that!
