I have nothing to say but had very FUN & PLEASANT car shopping here! Steven was my salesman and not once was there any pressure, we test drove a car I wanted to see and he also drove it himself to make sure everything was in good working condition! I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for no pressure business! Now also I want to thanks Wyatt for his time for able to clarify all fees and making this experience at ease. Overall the building is clean and lot is very organized. Best car buying experience I ever had!

James Workman, Kelly, and Don were excellent to work with. We have been to several dealerships over the past year, and this was, by far, the best from start to finish. The dealership is clean and friendly with a calm atmosphere. Unlike other dealerships, they treat women fairly and with respect (this is NOT our experience at other dealerships). James and Kelly were informative, enthusiastic, and helpful without ever being pushy. We left feeling confident that we had gotten a fair deal on our trade-in and on our new Volt.

These guys are awesome! We worked with Germaine and she is so wonderful. She is easy to work with and totally took into account what we needed. At the end of everything, the numbers ended up being just a little bit too high but Kelly came over and worked everything out for us to where we can do it! Thank you Chevrolet!! We love our new car!

This should be your first and last stop for buying a car! We had an great experience here! From the moment I walked through the door they were all friendly, helpful, informative, and helped me feel very calm yet incredibly excited! Steven, Don, and Tyson all made me feel right at home and made the whole process so simple and smooth. We now feel like part of the Murdock family! Not to mention, we absolutely love our vehicle, it is everything we ever hoped for! It is the newest member of our family! My family will be lifelong customers of Murdock Chevrolet!

Terrible service department! This is the second time I have been unsatisfied with my experience in the service department. I wrote the first off as bad luck but after this I will not be returning for additional help. None of the work that I originally wanted completed was done. I was never contacted about any questions or updates to what they were actually doing on the truck. I had specified that I needed a part replaced and then wanted to get a better idea if I needed new rotors and when I called for an update after two days they had told me that the system was reset so I wouldn't need the part after all. I paid $100 in service fees for absolutely no work to be done, and after 10 miles of driving off the lot my system gave me the same error I originally saw. Terrible service. no attempts were made to make good on wasting my time and money, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I had a great experience buying my vehicle from you, but would never recommend using your service department again.
