I'll let you make your own assumption.Ill just tell you the story ...My brakes were spongy well I'm not a certified mechanic but I know how to work on my vehicle and fortunately we have Google you can fix anything you want to fix yourself.so I decide I'm going to change my master cylinder myself I bench bleed it do everything I'm supposed to do.low and behold my brakes are still spongy so I take it to a shop get it professionally​ bled my brakes are still not right they tell me all my brakes are good. Well I'm going camping so I run out of time so I decide I'm taking it to master muffler maybe they can fix my problem.They call me up and tell me it's probably my master cylinder because sometimes you can buy a faulty cylinder and I've heard of that so I let them put one in.Well they call me later and say they must have purchased a faulty one also so they are going to put another one in .So that's going to be three brand new master cylinder put in I tell them don't you think it could be something else he tells me they know what there doing so I go along with it then the next day he tells me that was not the problem,but they still charge me for putting something in that I already done myself now they have done it twice k so he calls me and tells me it's probably a rear cylinder ten dollar part well they had my truck for two days so a ten dollar part will not cover there time.so he calls me back again and said they need to replace everything brake wise in my rear end cost eight hundred and something I tell him if you put my truck back together and I come get it how much he tells five hundred because they put a master cylinder in something I already did that did not fix the problem and it did not fix the problem for them and he said when they opened my rear end up parts fell apart so they had to replace them.so I think we'll I pay five for nothing or eight for a whole new rear end.so if they can't figure the problem out for two days they need to make there money some how so needless to say I have a whole new rear end on my brakes.but he gave me discount and a free oil change my brakes do work but remember the ten dollar part .... They are really friendly guys they do have good customer service so make your own assumption and good luck if you take your vehicle there oh yeah I never went camping ......

Amazing staff! Had several problems with head gasket and cooling system. Jay and Shaun are extremely friendly and helpful. I feel like I can call on them any time to fix our car issues. They have become our go to shop!

Brought my vehicle in to get my A/C diagnosed. Shaun stepped up and was able to find the solution. I highly suggest his work, and I wouldnt refer someone to a different mechanic. Do yourself a favor, and go to master muffler. His team is remarkable, including Gregg, and Travis.

Friendly service and fair price. When they were done they were so nice to park my car out of the rain so I wouldn't have to carry my baby into the bad weather. However, I went there for an oil change and told them that I had the oil filter, oil, and an oil additive (Best Line) in the trunk of my car that I wanted them to use. Everything went well except they forgot to put in the Best Line. I have an older car and the Best Line was supposed to help the car last a little longer.

This shop is easy to work with glad I went to them. They put on a new muffler on for a fair price. They are friendly and easy to work with.
