I was welcomed in as I came through the doors at Burt Brother. I was pretty sure that I had a nail in my tire, and in fact that was the case. I was told that the wait would be 45 minutes, and it was less. To my surprise, I was not charged for tire repair. My husband and I have shopped, almost exclusively, for repairs and tires at Burt Brothers during the 16 years that we have lived in Utah. I trust the products, service, and appreciate the Customer Service Burt Brothers, and certainly will be back again.

I can't even begin to tell you how absolutely refreshing it was to go to Burt Brothers in bountiful. I had the best experience I have ever had buying tires. They were so helpful and saved me so much money and took such great care of me! The staff was all so kind and welcoming. I am so grateful for Burt Brothers!! I will never go anywhere else again!!

Burt Brothers Holiday is the only shop I can take my truck to where they know my name and treat a single female with courtesy, honesty, and respect. Other places I feel like I have to have a male at my side or get taken advantage of. Thanks Burt Brothers for making life a little easier for me!

Excellent experience every time I go to Burt Brothers in Bountiful, Utah. They always exhibit old school customer service and genuine problem-solving. I'm headed out for Spring Break with my kids early this morning and had to have a broken wheel replaced as well as 4 new tires. I worked with Travis last week to arrange the order of the wheel and to have the tires installed. He knew of the urgency and timeliness of the order. And, when the vendor failed to ship the right wheel, Travis arranged to have a new factory wheel installed as well as the new tires so we could make the trip in time with the kids safely. We literally would not be on the road to Disneyland right now if it weren't for Travis at Burt Brothers Bountiful - Thank You!

This shop is a great place to do business. Very helpful very friendly staff. They have lots of locations around the state so it seems they can compete on the same price level as the "big tire guys". They even helped out when my tire blew on the freeway right after I took it in for a flat repair. Great guys
