I waited about a year to post this review.  I wanted to give the "salesperson's" prediction a chance to be realized.  Last year I took my truck in for an alignment--the alignment was necessary.  When I came back to get the truck the salesperson said I needed new brakes on the front end.  That seemed odd to me because the truck passed inspection a few weeks earlier.  I related that information to the salesperson and he said that it should not have passed and I needed new brakes ASAP.  I told him that I was comfortable doing brakes myself.  He stressed the dangers associated with brake failures and recommended I have them do the work while the truck was still there.  I thanked him for his help, paid for the alignment and went home.
I jacked up the truck, removed the wheels, and inspected both disks and rotors.  Not only were the brakes in good shape, they were in great shape!  I reassembled everything and have driven several thousand miles on the "dangerous brakes."  I have been up and down the hills of Bountiful, all of the major canyons in the Salt Lake Valley, on Southern Utah expeditions, and a variety of other driving adventures.
I give Les Schwab 1 star because they got the alignment right.  If they had done that part wrong I would have given no stars.  My advice to customers is to avoid any service unless you know that the service is required--and only if you cannot find any other providers.  I do not have much confidence in a company that allows its salespeople to look customers in the eye and urge them to pay for services that are not needed.

I found out my tire had a flat 10 minutes before they were closing. They sent a guy out to my house to help me pump it up to be able to get it into the shop. They stayed open late for me and comped the fee to fix the tire. I will be doing all of my business in the future with them!

I'll never get tires anywhere else. The staff is always so helpful and friendly here. I'm a student on a budget, and the employees are very good at giving me options that I can afford and what will work best for me. Les Schwab is the best.

Came here during a crazy snow storm to get my flat tire fixed. Not only did they do it quickly they did it free of charge because of how miserable I looked I'm guessing :)

Went and bought a new set of tires from them about a month later. These guys are seriously awesome and have earned my business. Thank you for being a good corporate citizen! :)
