This is my second time back and Lisa and Dr. Bale really made my day. Awesome, caring and beautiful lady! Also, Mrs. Brenda (at the front desk) is always so kind! I can't forget Mrs Nancy, she has a great sense of humor and nice beautiful hair. Thanks for an awesome and fun dentist trip guys! You guys rock!

I recently had a Cerec crown placed on one of my molars at Palmetto Smiles of Charleston! It was great to get my crown placed in 1 visit. My appointment was truly wonderful from the time I arrived until the time my visit was complete. The staff members are genuinely kind, caring, and very professional. The Doctors are very patient, answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease!  Not only do they offer nitrous for a painless dental experience, they have cable tv's, and great music to help keep your mind occupied during your visit! They are the BEST and I will highly recommend their office to all of my family and friends!

After recently moving to Charleston from Colorado I was in search of a good dentist,  I have had many bad experiences of dentist visit's from growing up in England, which has left me being terrified of dentist visits.
Going solely by online reviews, I decided on Palmetto Smiles and I'm so glad I did. Upon entering you are greeted by friendly faces at the front desk; Brenda was particularly helpful to me with paperwork, insurance issues and scheduling me in. I saw Dr. Grant Bale & his assistant Lisa. Between them, they were able to put me at ease, and even made me laugh. 
Lisa explained to me exactly how things would happen in a way that this silly nervous woman could understand!  She suggested taking nitrous oxide, for which I'm SO very grateful! Dr. Bale also explained things & did a fantastic job at giving me a pretty smile for the first time ever. He was very gentle & I can't recommend him enough! I was in the chair for a while, but it only felt like 20 minutes, This was by far the BEST dental practice I have ever been too. I never write reviews but I want the staff at Palmetto Smiles to know just how wonderful they are, and; if you are looking for a good caring dental practice, your search should end right here.

What a great place. I just got more work done. Dr. Campbell is as nice and personable of dentist as you'll ever meet. His staff is too. They and he always takes the time to talk to you, even maybe with a joke or two. There you are not a number, you are a patient.  if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My entire family recently switched to Palmetto Smiles, and we couldn't be more pleased. The entire staff is extremely friendly, attentive, professional, and focused on providing the best care and experience possible. My husband needed some significant work, and they did an excellent job. They were wonderful with my daughter, and did a very thorough cleaning for me. The office is very clean, ran on time, and well organized. It is easy to access, has plenty of parking, and is located just off the highway near Tanger Outlets. I found them to be a lot more detail oriented, honest, and caring than other places I have been to in the past. They definitely care about each patient. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone needing an excellent dentist!
