Initially there was great angst due to their person in charge of billing, which I brought to the owner's attention. Not going into detail as the result was that issue has been resolved and the person is no longer employed at Dental Smart. Overall, treatment staff are marvelous. I appreciate the work they have done for me and my son benefitted from their orthowork. It is obvious they care about their patients.

Great experience! Amanda at the front desk is very friendly, kind, and helpful. First time not going to my hometown dentist and they made me feel right at home. Quick check-in and got in right when my appointment was scheduled.

My first visit was good, nothing but some x-rays done. My second visit was meh I waited 35-40 mins to be seen after arriving on time to my appointment. My third visit I was seen about 10 mins after arriving so time management I guess is different day by day which really doesn't bother me I'm a patient person for the most part. But what turned me off from them after my last visit was as I was checking out I heard one of the nurses mocking me. Like seriously the dentist is great doesn't say too much or too little but the nurses need training when it comes to overall customer service. My thing is if your that immature and decided to mock someone at least wait until they leave so that they can't hear you. I was tempted to go back and ask if that was necessary or if she felt so inclined she should've done it directly in my face. Unfortunately I may have to go back for my next visit due to cavities I don't wanna let sit any longer than they have. I told the woman at the front desk about it she claimed they would do an incident report, I believe her until I'm proven otherwise. But seriously I would avoid this office I can deal with a lot but unnecessary foolishness from adults is a big no!

Awful they not only over charged me but over charged my insurance! After my son being in braces for two years and i had to make them take them off, his teeth are so bad they are worse now and even though they knew he had cavity they ignored it so now he will need root canals. I have asked for a copy of payments because every time we pay i only get a little receipt but it doesn't say what I'm paying for. But after 6 times of being told they will mail it or fax it to me i never get it. We will never go back there and i plan to see a lawyer and spread the word that we were very disappointed.

I ran an appointment talking about finishing a root channel, They do not do this procedure and charge me for a service I did not need.
