The quality of service received depends on the color of your skin. I have been a regular and have noticed this many times. Just recently, I was about to pay for my stuff, and the lady cashier asks me for the ticket. I told her that's all I was given. The cashier rudely asks me to go to the counter staff for the ticket, as though it was a mistake to not have it. She could have just gone over and asked them for order details, instead she chooses to send me over, which is fine if she was nice and polite, but she was not. And this was after all the small talk she has with all people who look just like her. I go over to the food counter and ask for the ticket(the girl was nice), she told me it should be there somewhere among the packages. I go back to the rude cashier, tell her what I was told, she looks for it and finds it, and just laughs it off. I paid and walked out, and this review was after noticing everything.

This is the best Bakery in town. Been going there Over 20 years and counting. Amazing food, treats and especially the best veal and chicken cutlet sandwiches. I have never eaten something that was not good. Everything is fresh and tasty.

My favorite bakery. I am a frequent visitor. The staff are always cheerful and polite. I love the food and it is so delicious. The desserts are so tempting.

Been getting sandwiches at their hot table on and off for 10 years and their consistency and quality has never changed.

Their veal sandwich is the best I've had in the GTA; great portion, soft and fresh bread, delicious sauce and ample topping options.

Staff is friendly and prompt.

This place is a gem. The lunch hot table is great and portions are large. All of the baked goods are lovely and really tempting.
